With a strong product–market fit and growing demand, we’re looking for a motivated and politically curious Business Development Representative to help us accelerate growth.

What You’ll Do

As BDR, you’ll be the engine room of our growth spotting opportunities, starting smart conversations, and fuelling our sales pipeline.

  • Research and identify prospective customers
  • Craft compelling outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Book qualified meetings for our sales team
  • Keep our CRM sharp and organised
  • Represent Advoc8 in the GR industry
  • Stay tuned into the political landscape to uncover leads

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A genuine interest in politics or public affairs
  • Experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or lead gen
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • A self-starter mindset - curious, proactive and resilient
